Types of incision:
Peri areolar
Vertical
T-Inverted
• Peri areolar: incision around the areola. Indicated for cases of little skin removal;
• Vertical: incision from the areola to the breast crease. Used for mild to moderate cases;
• T- inverted: despite being the most extensive scar, it is the one which allows the surgeon to reshape the breast in the most demanding way and to remove the largest amount of skin to obtain a superior lift effect. The incision is around the areola, with a vertical line and a horizontal line along the length of the inframammary fold, which is naturally hidden.
